<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and thickness and facilitate soldering operation, in an image blur correction device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The image blur correction device includes: an almost plate type movable holding member 110 holding a lens and supported to freely move relative to a base 100 on a plane perpendicular to the optical axis of the lens; a plurality of drive mechanisms 130 and 140 including coils 132 and 142 fixed to the movable holding member so as to drive the movable holding member; and a flexible wiring board 150 electrically connecting at least the coils 132 and 142. The flexible wiring board 150 includes: fixed parts 151 and 152 fixed on a principal plane F1 of the movable holding member; an extension part 153 extending from the fixed part so as to be out of a principal plane area of the movable holding member; and connection parts 154 and 155 connecting the coils on the extension part. The extension part 153 is bent along a side surface F2 of the movable holding member.
