<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition made of highly versatile material used as a sealant excellent in properties such as heat-sealing properties, non-adsorptive properties, flexibility and transparency, and to provide a sheet for a packaging material and a composite material for packaging comprising the resin composition. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition includes 90-97 wt.% of a polyester copolymer consisting of a terephthalic acid, 2, 6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid, ethylene glycol, and 1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol, and 3-10 wt.% of polyester-based elastomer.
