PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel optically active, conductive polymer structure having a chiroptical property. SOLUTION: The optically active, conductive polymer structure is obtained by using an ethylenedioxythiophene trimer as a monomer material and subjecting the same to electrochemical polymerization in a cholesteric liquid crystal electrolyte, has a spiral pattern formed by a fibril structure at its surface and comprises poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene.
