<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously and speedily indicate a plurality of operation targets that can be set. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The microscope device 1 includes: a microscope body 2 for observing a specimen A; a display section 3 that displays an operating screen for setting observing conditions for the microscope body 2; an observing condition setting section 5 that has a graphical user interface for setting the observing conditions by use of the operating screen including a plurality of operating parts displayed on the display section 3; and a control section 5 that controls the microscope body 2 based on the observing conditions set by the observing condition setting section 5. The observing condition setting section 5 has a storage section for storing a plurality of setting items composing the observing conditions corresponding to the two or more operating parts included in the operating screen, and setting order for the setting items.
