<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new method and kit for evaluation fatigue, by utilizing the ratio of concentration between 17-KS-S and 17-OHCS in urine, based on the knowledge and information obtained through research process of daily fatigue for workers. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This fatigue evaluation method is such that the ratio of concentration between 17-KS-S/17-OHCS in urine sample extracted from analyte is used as an index, while the fatigue evaluation kit is such that by measuring 17-KS-S concentration and 17-OHCS concentration in the urine sample extracted from analyte, the ratio of 17-KS-S to 17-OHCS is calculated.
