<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis device for stabilizing a change in the light density in a short time, and suitable for an accurate analysis. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The analysis device 1 receives a light 6 emitted from a light emitting diode 2 and passing through a sample 7 and analyzes the sample 7. The light emitting diode 2 includes a housing 3 and a terminal 4 extended from the housing 3. A cluster of a heat storage member 5 is attached to the terminal 4. The terminal 4 is embedded into the heat storage member 5 so as to be prevented from contacting air. The change in the light density is stabilized in a short time. After stabilization, a measurement value of measurement light can be compensated to a correct value without a light amount drift by using a measurement value of monitor light.
