<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood with an ears which relates to a hood of a raincoat cold-proof coat, intended for safety by especially designing a device to a hood. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This hood with an ears is so designed that a hemispheric member (1) and a fitting body (4) are closely fixed to a hood fabric (2), and in the hemispheric member, a plurality of small circular holes (3) for listening sound are provided directly below from a central part, a water drop pitfall (5) is provided on a lower side on the same line of the small circular holes (3) in order to avoid invasion of water drops of rainfall, and long holes (6) are provided in a truncated chevron shape, centering the hemispheric member (1).
