摘要 <p>The semi-finished product comprises a substrate made of aluminum alloy with a coating applied on the substrate. The melting point of the coating is lower than the melting point of the substrate. A material-consistent connection of the substrate is producible with an object by partial melting and subsequent hardening of the coating. The coating consists of layers of first type and second type, where the layers of the first type are arranged on the layers of the second type as barrier layer. The individual layers of the second type have a nanoscale thickness. The semi-finished product comprises a substrate made of aluminum alloy with a coating applied on the substrate. The melting point of the coating is lower than the melting point of the substrate. A material-consistent connection of the substrate is producible with an object by partial melting and subsequent hardening of the coating. The coating consists of layers of first type and second type, where the layers of the first type are arranged on the layers of the second type as barrier layer. The individual layers of the second type have a nanoscale thickness. The layers of the third type are arranged near to the layers of the second type. The layers of the second type consist of alloy of aluminum and silicon and the layers of third type consist of aluminum. The layers of the first type comprise a first group of the layers of the first type and the second group of the layers of the first type, where the groups of the layers of the first type differ from one another in its stoichiometric composition. The different groups of the layers of the first type result a flux in its stoichiometry. The layers of the second type have a thickness of 10 nm, where 50 nanoscale layers of the second type are arranged in the coating. The melting point of the coating is 60[deg] C below a bulk-melting point of the material of the layers of the second type. An independent claim is included for a method for the production of semi-finished product.</p>
