<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanotube (CNT) composite material and a method of production thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The CNT composite material includes a carbon nanotube structure comprising a plurality of carbon nanotubes, and a plurality of nanoparticles, wherein the carbon nanotubes are connected with each other and the nanoparticles are dispersed uniformly in the structure. The method of production of the CNT composite material includes: a first step of providing the carbon nanotube structure comprising the plurality of carbon nanotubes; a second step of providing a preliminary material including the plurality of the nanoparticles; and a third step of dispersing the plurality of the nanoparticles in the structure to obtain the CNT composite material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
