摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet jetting apparatus which adopts constitution for adjusting temperature of liquid flowing in a liquid channel for a channel unit constituted by layering a plurality of plates, and which is manufactured without considering the deformation of the respective plates caused in a layering direction during manufacture by suppressing such deformation as far as possible, and can adjust the temperature of the liquid. SOLUTION: An inkjet head 6 includes the channel unit 10 including a pressure chamber 26 and constituted by layering the plurality of plates, and a piezoelectric actuator 30 (energy applying means) applying jet energy for jetting ink from a nozzle 28. A circulation path 50 is formed in a channel structure 12 included in the channel unit 10. The circulation path 50 has a plurality of grooves formed to be spaced on the plates 15 and 16 respectively, and the ends of the grooves are made to communicate in the layering direction to be formed tubularly.
