PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part structure of a motorcycle securing rigidity of a rear fender while enhancing a designing flexibility and providing a new appearance. SOLUTION: In the motorcycle in which the rear fender 42 is arranged inside below a pair of right and left side covers 34, 36 covering a vehicle body, the side covers 34, 36 cover at least a vehicle body rear part, the left and right side covers are joined to each other and the rear fender 42 is attached to the side covers 34, 36 at rear ends 34a, 36a, plate attaching parts 42a, 42b as projections are formed in parts of the rear part of the rear fender 42 so as to expose their upper and lower surfaces, and peripheries of the plate attaching parts 42a, 42b are covered by the rear ends 34a, 36a of the side covers 34, 36.
