<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic display and an electronic device for reducing burden on a manufacture process. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrophoretic display includes: an element substrate having an element region; a counter substrate arranged to face the element substrate and having a common electrode on the face of the element substrate side; and an electrophoretic layer held with the element substrate and the counter substrate. The common electrode and the element substrate include a plurality of connection regions facing without interposing the electrophoretic layer.
