PURPOSE: A clamp device of a spindle motor is provided to improve the reliability by preventing the deformation and damage to a case at the entrance and exit due to operation of an arm. CONSTITUTION: A case(11) has the outer circumference with which the inner circumference of a disc is contacted. The case has a plurality of claws(12) and a plurality of input holes supporting the disc which are formed in radial. An arm(14) is installed in the input hole and supports the disc. An elastic member elastically supports arm to the outside of the case. An adhesion line where a resin is met in injection molding of the case is formed in the case between the input hole and the claw.
