<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture an RFID tag having resistance to external force and environment. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an RFID tag includes the steps of: forming a base sheet member, wherein unit base substrates 22 with an antenna pattern formed thereon and a non-contact communication-type IC chip 21 mounted thereon are fixed to a belt-like first sheet member at predetermined intervals; laminating an upper-layer sheet member with reinforcing members 23 arranged between belt-like elastic second and third sheet members, on a plane of the unit base substrates 22 side of the first sheet member, in a state where the IC chip 21 and the reinforcing members 23 are arranged in an overlapping state in plane view of the sheet; and sequentially cutting out regions containing one unit base substrate 22 from a laminate member obtained by laminating the upper-layer sheet member and the base sheet member, for manufacturing an RFID unit 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
