APPARATUS FOR PEELING CAKE FILTER CLOTH IN APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATIC FEEDING OF CAKE FILTER CLOTH

PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus capable of completely automating the delivery of cake filter cloth to a disintegrator, by lifting an end of the top cake filter cloth in the pressed stack of cake filter cloths, inserting a peeling rod longer than the width of the cake filter cloth between the top cake filter cloth and the next cake filter cloth and transferring the peeling rod. CONSTITUTION:The titled cake filter cloth peeling apparatus 4 is composed of a transfer apparatus 1 positioned at a side of the above cake filter cloth 11 and reciprocable at a stroke longer than the longitudinal length of the cake filter cloth 11 and a peeling rod 2 extending from the transfer apparatus 1 and covering the width of the cake filter cloth 11. The apparatus 4 is operated in the following manner. The top cake filter cloth 11 of the cake filter cloth stack is lifted with plural vacuum suction pads 5 and clamped with a chuck 3. The peeling rod 2 is inserted between the lifted cake filter cloth 11 and the next cake filter cloth 11 and the peeled cake filter cloth 11 is transferred (1) to the disintegrator 6. Even a large-sized cake filter cloth can be completely peeled by this apparatus and the delivery of the cake filter cloth to the disintegrator can be carried out safely without using manual operation.
