PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that polylactic acid is highly crystalline and therefore soluble only in a halogen-containing organic compound such as chloroform which is toxic or the like and is hardly soluble in a volatile organic compound used for a coating and that a coating film formed from a coating prepared by dissolving the highly crystalline polylactic acid forcibly in the volatile organic compound has no connections among polymers and is very brittle as if fine powders of the polylactic acid were dispersed in the coating film, resulting in that coated matter having a coating film formed on a part which is touched with a hand directly and/or indirectly suffers from deterioration of the coating film with time by greasy sweat or sweat of a hand thereby making the coated matter unserviceable. SOLUTION: In the coated matter having a coating film formed on a part which is touched with a hand directly and/or indirectly, the coating film is formed from a coating obtained by mixing at least a non-crystalline polylactic acid, a crosslinking agent reactive with a functional group contained in the non-crystalline polylactic acid molecule, and a volatile organic compound.
