摘要 Provided is a solid-state imaging device comprising pixel signal reading lines (116); and a pixel signal reading unit (120) that reads pixel signals through the pixel signal reading lines from a pixel unit (110) in which a plurality of pixels including photoelectric conversions are arranged in a matrix.  The pixel unit (110), in which a plurality of pixels (110B) are formed to share an output node, can selectively output a pixel signal of each pixel in the sharing pixels (110B) from the shared output node to the corresponding pixel signal reading line.  The pixel signal reading unit can set a bias voltage (VBias), which is to be applied to each of a plurality of load elements (121) which is connected to a respective pixel signal reading line and in which a current in accordance with the bias voltage flows, to a voltage value such that the corresponding current value is higher than the value of a current flowing during the interval of a reference bias voltage when there exists no difference between added-charge amounts during addition of the pixel signals of the pixels (PXL) of the sharing pixels (110B).
