A food slicer and grater (10) is provided. In one implementation, the food slicer and grater (10) may include an adjustable base (12) including a first (18) and second (20) base portion. The first base portion (18) may be slidably moveable relative to the second base portion (20) in a stepwise incremental fashion. The food slicer and grater (10) may also include a food cutter element (14) configured to be removably coupled between the first base portion (18) and the second base portion (20). The food cutter element (10) may also be configured to be removably coupled to an outer surface of the adjustable base (12) or the outer surface of another food cutter element (14).
