<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuning fork piezoelectric vibration piece having a vibration arm, where influence of vibration leakage in the vibration arm to the outside becomes small, and a support arm by shortening length of a base part. <P>SOLUTION: A tuning fork piezoelectric vibration piece (100) includes: at least a pair of vibration arms (41) extended in a prescribed direction from one end side of the base part (23); and a pair of support arms (22a) that has a junction section at the tip and extends in a prescribed direction from one end side of the base part and at both the outside of the vibration arm. The width of the pair of support arms narrows from one end side of the base part to the junction section (25). More specifically, the support arm (22a) inclines toward constriction points (48, 49) from a support arm root section (26) from a Y direction for extension, thus narrowing the width of the support arm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
