<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking/joining method and car body structural components produced by suitably using the same to have improved adhering accuracy and strength. <P>SOLUTION: The sticking/joining method, when electrically-conductive members 1, 2 are stuck/joined to each other, comprises a step (a) of forming spots for temporary joint on the adhesion surface 1a of one 1 of the members by using dispensers 6, 7 and a first electrically-conductive adhesive 4 and applying a second thermocurable adhesive 5 for normal adhesion over the whole area of the adhesion area to obtain desired adhesion strength; and a step (b) of sticking both of the members 1, 2 to each other, making an electric current flow from the member 2 to the member 1 to cure the first adhesive 4 and perform temporary joint, and heating both of the members to cure the second adhesive 5 and perform normal adhesion. Consequently, with th simple sticking/joining method, a plurality of spots for temporary joint can be stuck/joined simultaneously to restrain deformation from being caused owing to the shrinkage of the first adhesive 4 for temporary joint and the final adhesion can be performed by the second adhesive 5 to attain high precision and strength. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
