<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file management apparatus that facilitates a search for a target file. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The file management apparatus includes a data recording part for recording a file recording measurement data obtained by a plurality of paperless recorders, and displays the contents of this file on a display part. The file management apparatus includes: condition recording part for recording a plurality of search conditions; a search program for searching the content of the file stored in the data recording part according to the plurality of search conditions; a list creating part for creating a list of files that match the plurality of search conditions; and a display processing part for displaying the listed files based on an instruction of the list creating part.
