摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of creating an elastic image accurately reflecting the elasticity of a real living tissue. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: a displacement computing part 61 for computing the displacement of respective regions of the living tissue based on echo signals obtained by transmitting ultrasonic waves to the living tissue of a subject; an average value computing part 63 for computing the average value of displacement of the respective regions in the living tissue; an elastic image creating part 64 for creating the elastic image based on the average value of displacement computed by the average value computing part 63; and an error detecting part 62 for detecting an error part in the echo signals. The average value computing part 63 computes the average value of displacement of the respective regions in a non-error area corresponding to the non-error part, separately from an error area corresponding to the error part detected by the error detecting part 62.
