<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for a cylindrical body which can add the function of stably holding the cylindrical body such as a stick. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The holder for the cylindrical body has a band part 10, which has an approximately circular arc-like inner peripheral face 11 and an opening 12 on the leading edge side, a pair of right and left receiving parts 2, and a pair of right and left support piece parts 3 which are extended backward from an aperture end portion 13. The band part 10 is formed in a way able to be extended to open and the receiving part 2 has a sloped receiving plane 22. A pair of the support piece parts 3 is resiliently prepared in a way able to rock by using a connecting part 31 with the aperture end portion 13 as a fulcrum. By advancing the cylindrical body towards the inside of the band part 10 with facing the opening 12 across a pair of the receiving planes 22, the opening 12 is extended and the cylindrical body can be held within the band part 10, and the cylindrical body held in the band part 10 is resiliently clamped from the outer peripheral side by a pair of the support piece parts 3.
