The element has a flat surface (17) for representing an anti-twist device (13) at an outer casing (15) of an inner element (4) of a housing (2). A segment (18) projects radially inward from an edge (6) of the housing to the flat surface. A bent cord like-inner front (19) of the segment is complementary to the flat surface, and runs directly to the flat surface. The flat surface runs down to on a lower side of the support element for representing a vertical stop (14). A passage (12) of the inner element finds an attachment over the casing at an axially driven position.
