PURPOSE: A thermo-hygrostat is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency of the cooling coil and to prevent freezing of condensate around the cooling coil. CONSTITUTION: A thermo-hygrostat comprises a body, a blower fan(200), a humidifier(300), a steam supply line(400), and a cooling coil(500). The body has an air inlet(111) on the top and an air outlet on the bottom, and a guide vane is installed at an incline in the upper corner of the body to prevent flying of condensate. The blower fan blows interior air of the body to the lower side. The humidifier generates steam. The steam supply line supplies the steam created in the humidifier to the upper side of the blower fan. The cooling coil cools is installed between the air inlet of the body and the steam supply line to cool the air flowing in through the air inlet.
