<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade convenience from getting worse, to prevent a user from being lockedly shut into a room, and to reduce a manufacturing cost and an installation cost. <P>SOLUTION: This lock device is provided with a latch moving-down lever 75a moved by an operation force from an outdoor side to move a dead-locking latch bolt 10, a latch moving-down lever 75b moved by an operation force from an indoor side to move the dead-locking latch bolt 10, and not interlocked with the latch moving-down lever 75a, a mechanical locking and lock-releasing part 3 for allowing and blocking the moving of the latch moving-down lever 75a to a hub locking 60 by an operation force, an electric locking and lock-releasing part 4 for allowing and blocking the moving of the latch moving-down lever 75a to the hub locking 60, without being interlocked with the mechanical locking and lock-releasing part 3 by electrification and non-electrification, and a locking and lock-releasing part locking mechanism 5 for disabling and enabling the allowance of the moving of the latch moving-down lever 75a by the hub locking 60 due to the electrification and non-electrification in the mechanical locking and lock-releasing part 3 or the electric locking and lock-releasing part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
