<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member which is adaptable to a plurality of openings having different shapes and can be attached stably to each of the openings, and to provide an electronic apparatus provided with the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A blank member 50 has faces 51a, 51b having shapes that can blockade first and second slots, respectively, wherein the slots are provided in the electronic apparatus and are different in shape from each other. The faces 51a and 51b are different in shape. Accordingly, the first and second slots which are mutually different in shape can be blockaded mutually by using the blank member 50 of a single design.
