PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a higher level of weight reduction, while sufficiently securing strength of an engagement portion with which a metal fitting of a belt is engaged. SOLUTION: A large number of metal fitting engagement holes H for engaging a metal fitting of a belt A is cut and spaced in a rail body 1 in the longitudinal direction of the rail body 1 at constant spacings. The fitting engagement hole H is arranged in one straight line shape or a shape in which a plurality straight lines intersect with a predetermined width. A portion facing both ends of a straight line shaped hole portion forming the fitting engagement hole H in the rail body 1 is a metal fitting of a belt engagement rail R<SB>1</SB>which is an engagement portion E<SB>1</SB>engaged with the metal fitting of a belt A. A periphery facing the fitting engagement hole H in the engagement portion E<SB>1</SB>is reinforced by folding back a metal sheet material forming the rail body 1 to a rear side by a predetermined width.
