<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad vehicle capable of ensuring appearance quality, reducing weight, and improving strength. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A side frame body 10 of a vehicle frame body 100 constituting a railroad vehicle is equipped with an outer plate 11, a vertical frame 12, and a lateral frame 13. The vertical frame 12 and the lateral frame 13 are laser-welded on an inside surface 11b of an outer plate 11. An outside surface 11a of the outer plate 11 is configured in a recessed/projecting shape wherein a plurality of recessed shaped and a plurality of projecting shapes are irregularly combined, and light is dispersed and reflected by the recessed/projecting shape. Therefore, vertical bending L12 and lateral bending L13 due to a vertical bead B12 and a lateral bead B13 formed by laser-welding can be made inconspicuous by the dispersion of the light.
