<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garage in which replacement operation-maintenance operation of a storage battery can be easily performed while effectively using a dead space without affecting a dweller's life as much as possible, and to provide a building unit and a unit building. <P>SOLUTION: In a parking area on a garage floor 26 of the garage 24 for parking a vehicle 36, an electric storage device 30 formed in a T-shape in plan view is disposed so as not to obstruct the parking. The electric storage device 30 includes a storage device body 32 storing a storage battery block and a control part 34, and is formed in a flat thin shape.
