PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a gap between the top of a cover which shields a connecting member between a seat and the leg rest and the underside of the leg rest invisible when the leg rest is slid to rearward of the seat. SOLUTION: The seat with the leg rest is provided with: a sliding mechanism 30 which is arranged at the front of a seat bottom 2 of the seat 1; a leg rest 4 which is arranged on the sliding mechanism 30 so that it can slide back and forth with respect to the seat 1; the cover 36 which covers the sliding mechanism 30, is exposed when the leg rest 4 slides forward with respect to the seat 1 and is put under the leg rest 4 when the leg rest 4 slides backward with respect to the seat 1; and a projection 36a which is linearly raised and arranged on one side of the upper rear end of the cover 36.
