<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently arrange an auxiliary machine for a vehicle inside a vehicle compartment without damaging a living environment of an occupant seated in a rear row seat. <P>SOLUTION: In this vehicle, a pair of side-to-side front row seats consisting of a driver's seat and an assistant driver's seat are arranged side by side on the floor panel of the vehicle compartment, and a pair of side-to-side rear row seats 5, 6 are arranged side by side in the rear of these front row seats. In the central part in the vehicle width direction of the floor panel, a tunnel part 8 protruded toward the inside of the compartment is arranged extendedly in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. On one side in the width direction of this tunnel part 8, a first floor panel side part 9 becoming the installation part of the first rear row seat 5 is arranged, and the other side in the width direction of the tunnel part 8, a second floor panel side part 10 becoming the installation part of the second rear row seat 6 is arranged.
