<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a receiving power low suppressing an electric power cost and being capable of efficiently operating a load apparatus by effectively using a contract power per a demand monitor time in a factory and a building with apparatuses using a large power. <P>SOLUTION: (1) An axis of ordinate is used as an integrating power value, and an axis of abscissa as a load-operation elapsed time, (2) a specified demand monitor time is divided into a front-stage control time and a rear-stage control time and (3) a power value of a difference is obtained by subtracting a power value at a time when the whole rear-stage control time is operated by the minimum power of a load from the contract power. (4) The power value is used as a predetermined integrating power value at the time when starting a rear-stage control, a straight line tying the predetermined integrating power value and a front-stage control-start time is used as an upper-limit value line to control the operation of the load for the front-stage control time. (5) The operation of the load for the rear-stage control time is controlled by the power value obtained by dividing the power value in the difference of the contract power and the used integrating power value by a residual time obtained by subtracting the load-operation elapsed time from the demand monitor time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
