<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care aid which is easily attachable/detachable, can be manufactured inexpensively while top priorities are given to functions and safety, and is so smart-looking that even a cared person apt to become introverted develops an urge to aggressively wear it and go out. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A diaper type care belt comprises a diaper type cloth body and combination members. The cloth body is formed of two layers and each of the combination members is one continuous non-elastic band shape first string body having fitting parts formed on both ends. The cloth body and the combination members are integrally sewed to form one body. The two combination members are passed through between surface and backside cloth layers of the cloth body so as to be crossed in an X-shape at the crotch part, and are each once projected out from the cloth body at the ear and front sides of the crossed two combination members and then returned back into the cloth body to form a handle part.
