The transfer pinion shaft 11 is locked in proper spaced relationship to the numeral wheels 1 by lever 12 being held in counterclockwise position by a pin 16 engaging portion 22 of a slot 23. At zeroizing, lever 18 is rocked clockwise so that pin 16 is cammed to the left, so rocking lever 12 and withdrawing the transfer pinions from engagement with the numeral wheels. |
