<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user who is not allowed to use control target information to use it without changing use control information in the case of controlling the use of use target information based on the use control information. <P>SOLUTION: A system 1 is provided with: a storage part 11 for storing the first use control information for specifying a user who is allowed to use control target information and a use range allowed to the user; a registration part 12 for, when the user is allowed to use the control target information according to the request of the user, registering second use control information to allow the user who is not allowed to use the control target information to use it within the allowed use range; and a provision part 13 for, when the user is allowed to use the use control target information based on the first use control information in response to the request of the user, providing use information for using the control target information based on the use range allowed based on first use control information, and for, when the user is allowed to use the use control target information based on second use control information, providing use information for using the control target information based on the use range allowed based on second use control information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
