<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a panic state through the use of a simple constitution by suppressing an increase of parts to a minimum. <P>SOLUTION: A door lock device includes: latch mechanisms (a fork 30 and a claw 33) for engageably/disengageably locking a striker 1; a link 37 which can move between an unlocking position to be engageable with an operation receiving portion 36 of the latch mechanism and a locking position to be unengageable therewith; a lock plate 43 for moving the link 37; and open levers 68 and 82 which are interlocked with a door handle provided on the inside or outside of a vehicle of the door, and which make the locking of the striker 1 by the latch mechanism released via the link 37. The lock plate 43 or the link 37 includes an urging member (link urging spring 56) which couples them in a relatively-movable manner and urges the link 37 toward the unlocking position with respect to the lock plate 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
