PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile waterproofing apparatus using a thin coaxial cable or an optical cable, and applicable to a cellular phone of bi-directionally openable/closable type. SOLUTION: This mobile waterproofing apparatus is structured to connect housings to each other through a wire-like member. The mobile waterproofing apparatus comprises seal members each made of a rubber-like elastic material for sealing spaces of the respective housings, and a connection member with the respective seal members integrated with the vicinities of both its ends, wherein the wire-like member passes through the connection member to electrically connect electronic components between the housings.
