The adjuster (100) has a stator (2) driven by a crank shaft of an internal combustion engine, and a rotor (3) connected with a camshaft (1) in a torque proof manner. A central valve (26) controls oil pressure in pressure chambers of working chambers (4), and has a piston (8), which is subjected with force from a control side (A) of the adjuster by an actuator (6). A seal (10) i.e. bellows-type seal, is provided at the control side of the adjuster and is fixedly connected with the adjuster at its radial outer edge.
