<p>PURPOSE: A setter for firing is provided to effectively prevent the cracking of the setter and to increase the lifetime of the setter by including a superficial layer containing zirconate on the surface of a material consisting of zirconia plastic material. CONSTITUTION: A setter for firing includes a superficial layer(1) containing zirconate 30 mass % ~100 mass % on the surface of a material(2). The material consists of conia plastic material which stabilized using a stabilizer of CaO, MgO, Y_2O_3, or CeO_2. The component of the superficial layer is zirconate and stabilized zirconia. The thickness of the superficial layer is 10μm~500μm. The zirconate contains BaZrO_3, SrZrO_3, CaZrO_3, or MgZrO_3.</p> |
