<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform work easily when attaching and detaching a cart to and from an apparatus body. <P>SOLUTION: When a worker returns a cart 7 to the inside of an opening 5, attaches it to an apparatus body 1A, and then pushes a base hoisting switch 23, a CPU 31 determines whether an opening and closing door 2 is electromagnetically locked at first. When the cart 7 is returned to the inside of the opening 5, if a lock switch 24 is pushed, since the opening and closing door 2 is being locked, the CPU 31 makes control so that lock by an electromagnetic lock device 12 is released based on detection information from a lock detection sensor 17, which indicates that the door is being locked.
