The installation device comprises a battery (5), shining unit (6) and accumulator (3). The shining unit is supplied after a power failure over a battery or an accumulator. The monitoring is done by an evaluation unit (11). Logic elements (7, 10) are added between accumulator (3) and shining unit. A brightness sensor (12) is subjected to the evaluation unit such that switching on a shining unit is only taken place under an adjustable brightness threshold.
