<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selling method advantageous for a user based on a predetermined rule in set-selling a plurality of contents. <P>SOLUTION: The decision of a use right to the content comprises: previously retaining information on a user right to the contents established the use right to the individual contents retained in a content selling apparatus and information on use right to set selling established the use right to the set selling composed of one or a plurality of contents; retaining a data hierarchical structure using the information on the use right to the set selling as a master node and using the information on the use right to the content(s) incorporated into the set selling as a slave node; determining set selling formation by referring to the hierarchical structure for content information specifying the content received from a user terminal; and referring to the information on the use right to the set selling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
