PURPOSE: A vibration providing device for a cutting machine using hydraulic pressure is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by controlling the vibration of a rotary cutter through a hydraulic striking method. CONSTITUTION: A vibration providing device for a cutting machine using hydraulic pressure comprises a cutting assembly(10), a hydraulic cylinder(20), a first and a second connecting pipe(51,52), and a vibrating part(40). The cutting assembly cuts object while moving vertically. The hydraulic cylinder vertically transfers the cutting assembly while shrinking and releasing the cylinder through an oil pressure method. The first and the second connecting pipe are connected to one side of a first and the second hydraulic pipe. The vibrating part is composed of a piston(70), guide rods(41,42), and a driving part. The piston is connected to the first and the second connecting pipe. The guide rod moves in a reciprocating motion inside the piston. The driving part provides reciprocating motion power to the guide rod.
