PURPOSE: A portable tent, which can be assembled and disassembled, for an outdoor event is provided to easily move and transfer the tent by simplifying the structure, and to conveniently assemble and disassemble the tent. CONSTITUTION: A portable tent, which can be assembled and disassembled, for an outdoor event comprises a first frame(10), screw rods(50), a second frame, and a tent(200). A reinforcing iron is fixed to the center end of the first frame through a fixing pin, and a bracket is fixed to the opposite center end. The screw rods are assembled in a screw rod holder. The second frame is inserted into a second connection pipe, and fixed by a fifth fixing pin. The tent is composed of side parts(202), a rear part(203), and a ceiling part(201), and fixed by tent support rods(100).
