PURPOSE: A system, an apparatus and a method for finding the position of visitors are provided to prevent the leakage of an advanced technology by providing an alarming function when an external visitor is placed in a region which has no entrance and exit authentication function. CONSTITUTION: An external visitor location detection device(200) transmits the ID information of an active tag and the location information and entrance authentication information of the external visitor to a server(400). The server manages the information received from the external visitor location detection device, and transmits the received information to a manager location detection device(300). The manager location detection device identifies the active tag and calculates the location of the active tag in order to detect the location of the external visitor.
