The invention relates to means for analytical instrument making for measurement of gas concentrations. Multi-component infra-red gas analyzer consists of optically related source of infrared radiation, cuvettes with inlet and outlet gas branch pipes, inlet and outlet transparent windows, parabolic mirror in focus of which there is placed receiver of infrared radiation. Source of infrared radiation has at least two active elements with p-n transitions that radiate in maxima with wavelengths that coincide with wavelengths in maxima of selective absorption bands for analyzed gases in gas mix, and at least two active elements with p-n transitions that radiate with wavelengths in maxima that do not coincide with wavelengths of selective absorption bands for analyzed gases in gas mix and placed with possibility of formation of same independent radiation fluxes with same wavelengths for each of wavelengths of source of infrared radiation that go through cuvette that is in operating position. Additional source of infrared radiation has at least two active elements with p-n transitions that radiate in maxima with wavelengths coinciding with wavelengths in maxima of selective absorption bands for analyzed gases in gas mix and at least two active elements with p-n transitions that radiate with wavelengths in maxima that do not coincide with wavelengths of selective absorption bands for gases in gas mix being analyzed, with radiation flux directed towards parabolic mirror, and placed on same with receiver of infrared radiation heat-conductive basis at least two cuvettes arranged with different lengths and combined to one mechanical block that displaces those to working position, and inlet and outlet branch pipes of cuvettes are connected to microprocessor block for control of gas flows. The invention provides high accuracy of measurement of concentration of analyzed gases in gas mix in broad range of concentrations. |
