A method for making a hot sandwich includes preparing a filler, coating the filler, a sauce onto a half-finished product and heating thereof. In addition, while preparing the filler, eggs are boiled and chopped, onion, sausage or ham, or crab products, or fish products, or chicken meat are chopped, mayonnaise is prepared, and, while coating the filler onto a half-finished product, all the ingredients are mixed with the prepared mayonnaise and part of the prepared mayonnaise, a layer of the chopped sausage or ham, or the crab products, or fish products, or chicken meat, or paste, a layer of chopped eggs, a layer of onion, the second part of the prepared mayonnaise, are coated onto the half-finished product or alternatively coated onto the half-finished product, after what the prepared sandwich is heated prior to be served. |
