PURPOSE: A collect call service providing system and a collect call service providing method are provided to interrupt the collect call reception of an incoming call completely by registering a pre-paid call service use information and collect call blocking information to a home location register. CONSTITUTION: An HLR(Home Location Register)(130) stores one of location information, collect call interruption information, prepaid call service information. When receiving collect call request, the HLR judges the possibility of collect call reception based on collect call interruption information and the prepaid call service information corresponding to a reception terminal(10). If the collect call reception of the reception terminal is disabled, the HLR provides collect call disable guidance to an originating terminal(20). |
