PURPOSE: A movable paving device is provided to accurately and flatly pave the soft ground with horizontal drain boards, and to minimize dust generated by external environment. CONSTITUTION: A movable paving device comprises a hopper(138), a transfer pipe(130), and a transfer screw. Horizontal drain boards(170) are supplied to the hopper. The transfer pipe is located on the top of the soft ground(160), and is connected to the hopper. And the transfer pipe has a discharge port to pave the soft ground with the horizontal drain boards. The transfer screw is formed in the transfer pipe, and is rotated by a motor.
